An experienced interim-, program- and project manager (more than 25-year experience) on information technology and logistics. Hans has dealt with time/material projects as well as fixed-price fixed-date projects. In both situations, complex and political projects under an ISO-9000 regime have been executed.  Projects concerned tailor-made as well as systems implementations. Project teams differed in size from 3 to 15 people. His approach characterizes by objectivity, although personal attention overtones.

Examples are:
 1) improve the (logistical) organization of a number of production companies by implementing an ERP-system.
 2) implement several warehouse management (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS) for different logistic service providers.
 3) teach physical distribution, ICT in logistics and materials management at a transport high school (HBO level)
 4) implement web applications (from design until realization including testing).
